Non-Commercial Partnership Aviation Center “Economics & Advanced Technologies” was established in 2001 on the basis of the Industrial Conference on Challenges in Economy and Information Technologies. The Conference Founders were Civil Aviation Authorities of Russian Federation, The Ministry of Aviation Industry of Russian Federation, Airport Association, International Academy of Information Technologies, etc.
The main Founder of the Partnership is a Non-Commercial Partnership “Flights Safety”.
The main objective of the Partnership is to join the creative hi-tech potential and experience of the leading specialists of the Aviation Industry in order to facilitate development of the secure, effective and competitive Air Transport System of the Russian Federation.
The Partnership has a special Certificate of Aviation Training Center ¹ 115 of 03.02.2006 and a License of Department Government Moscow ¹ 180479 of 18.01.2006.
Since 2006 the Partnership has broadened its domain. For leaders and specialists of the Transport Industry we are offering a variety of courses, seminars and conferences taking into consideration a wide range of their activities.
