The Ground Operations Document Systems and ISAGO course has been created to assist Ground Service Providers in developing and implementing a Document Control System that will allow them to meet Airlines and Regulators requirements in terms of documented processes and policies. With this course, Ground Service Providers will learn about document hierarchy, from policy to work instructions through process mapping, procedures, and document control systems. More and more, Ground Service Providers are joining the ISAGO family. In order to better understand the program and work with current standards and recommended practices used in all ISAGO audits, ITDI is offering this Ground Operations Document Systems and ISGO workshop. In this workshop, emphasis is placed on Audit Preparation, Gap Analysis, on-site audit procedures, corrective action plans and audit closing. The aim of this course is therefore to assist Ground Service Providers meeting documentation requirements and successfully complete their ISAGAO audits
How you will benefit
Upon completing of first part this course you will have the knowledge and skills required to:
Develop and implement a robust Document Control System that will meet your Customer Airlines requirements;
Develop and communicate a policy on Quality
Map processes and develop procedures;
Design and implement processes to control document amendments, distribution and retention.
In the second part, participants will learn about the ISAGO Program in terms of registration, Audit Preparation and Closing. Through an active workshop, they will learn about Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and development of effective corrective action plans.
