By the end of the course you will:

Understand the concept of organisational management and control systems, processes and procedures and how they relate to other bodies, regulations, requirements and standards (ICAO, Regulatory Authorities, IOSA, ISO).

Understand the purpose of auditing as part of a Quality and Safety Management System, and its added value to enhance the operational safety and improve operational performance of an airline.

Have a sound understanding of the complete audit process and methodology, and acquire auditing techniques.

Be able to perform audits and gain objective evidence of an Organisation’s degree of compliance with applicable requirements and standards and to present the results in a clear and concise report.

Understand the corrective / preventive action process, the need for corrective / preventive action verification and the management feedback / follow up system.

Understand the IOSA Program: a powerful tool for airline quality and safety worldwide.
